Retail Standard
Our retail standard vehicles are carefully selected cars and commercials presented to the highest of standards. Most are part exchange vehicles sourced from the franchised main dealer network and have been selected based on their superior condition, service history and value for money.
Our retail standard vehicles are under 12 years old, come with a service history and will have covered less than 120,000 miles. All are fully inspected by our experienced prep team and undergo a thorough pre-delivery inspection, lubrication check and safety inspection where any defects are diagnosed and rectified prior to sale. Retail standard vehicles come with a 12 week/3000 mile (whichever is sooner) dealer 50/50 warranty*, will have at least 10 months MOT, are professionally valeted and will come with a full clear HPI report and certificate. *(our warranty terms are that: the seller is responsible for 100% of any claim value for the first 30 days and then 50% of any claim value for the remaining 54 days with the buyer responsible for the other 50% - the vehicle must be returned to the seller for any agreed repair at the buyer's expense).
No Hidden Fees or Add-ons to Keep our Listing Prices Low
We do not charge any additional fees for admin, HPI checks, preparation, valeting or PDi costs as we believe that these are fundamental in offering a quality end product and should be included in the price - not treated as an add-on for extra money! Nor do we insist that you must purchase any after-sales package or extended warranty unlike many of the bigger dealers and used car supermarkets – the price you see with us is the price you pay!
Extended Warranties
Nationwide extended warranties from 6 months cover to 36 months cover (with optional rescue recovery) are available as an upgrade on all retail standard vehicles at extra cost (please email us for a competitive quotation), this will run concurrently with the dealer 50/50 warranty for the first 12 weeks.
We use Opteven Safe & Sound vehicle repair agreements which come with 3 different levels of cover: "SAFE" "SECURE" and "SUPREME" (details of vehicle eligibility and covered components can be found on the Opteven website: Opteven.co.uk)

- No excess contribution or annual mileage limit
- An unlimited number of claims can be made, each including the costs of parts and labour
- Up to 60 days of EU cover

- Contribution towards tow-in charges
- Contribution towards up to 7 days car hire fees (repair time in excess of 8 hours only)
PX Clearance Vehicles
Sometimes we offer PX vehicles that fall outside of our retail standard due to their age, mileage, condition or lack of service history. These vehicles are not prepared to our retail standard and may have faults present, they are sold with a current MOT which may include some advisories and will be in a road legal condition.
Priced accordingly often at the wholesale/trade price. Offered on this basis “as seen” with age related wear and tear and with any known faults and MOT advisories declared, any mechanical inspection is welcome.
